Welcome to The Love Story Wedding Boutique! We would like to congratulate you on your upcoming wedding. This will be one of the most memorable days in your life and we thank you for allowing us to be a part of your love story.

Look around and let us know if you have any questions. All of our items should give you an excellent idea of what you are purchasing. The colors in all of the photographs are specifically edited to show you the true color so there are no surprises! We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied.

We are a mother/daughter team and absolutely love what we do! We use the finest quality materials and make sure that each item is carefully inspected before leaving our hands.

PAYMENT:
We accept payment through Pay Pal only. All orders must be paid in full at the time order is placed and prior to shipping. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account in order to make your payment through PayPal. You can click on the option that says that you do not have a PayPal account and it will take you to our PayPal shopping cart so that you can proceed with entering in your credit card information or e-check.

SHIPPING:
The standard shipping method included with the listings within the continential U.S. is United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Mail. If you would like your order to include a signature confirmation, please let us know prior to purchasing your item. (Signature Confirmation will result in additional shipping cost).

If the item is "In Stock" it will be shipped out within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed. As a courtesy to our customers, you will be sent an email once your order has been shipped.

If you need EXPEDITED shipping for any reason, let us know prior to making your purchase to find out the additional shipping cost involved, to determine the best method. We will then adjust the listing to reflect the expedited shipping cost that you choose.

Please note for all shipments - once a package has left our possession and is in transit, we can not be held responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, acts of nature, or any other circumstance beyond our control. No refund will be given for shipping charges.

For all International orders: Please note that you will be responsible for any and all additional import duties/taxes incurred. It is not included in our pricing or shipping fees. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes that may occur during shipping.

We carefully package each of our pieces and use very strong boxes in addition to the appropriate packing inside.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so if for some reason you are not, please let us know within 24 hrs. of receiving your merchandise and we will address your concerns. We personally inspect all items prior to shipping to ensure that you are receiving quality merchandise, so if you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hrs. of receipt along with a photo of the damaged merchandise so that we can send you a replacement. The item must be returned to us within one week from the date you receive it. All returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
